Let’s talk Marriott All Inclusives: Marriott may have the world’s largest hotel portfolio, but it flies slightly under the radar when it comes to all-inclusives. And let’s be honest, every once in a while, you just want your biggest decision to be which flavor of pina colada to sip by the pool.
Enter Marriott all-inclusives. And they are bookable with points. Sign me up.

Marriott doesn’t have specific brands of all-inclusives like Hyatt does, but rather has about 30 all-inclusive properties in ten countries. You’ll find these properties spread across their existing brands like Westin, Delta by Marriott, and more. While their footprint may not be vast, they make up for it with a wide variety of options, from family friendly tropical trips to chic adults only desert experiences.
Because there’s only a handful of properties, I’m going to list them below so you know exactly what all inclusive properties you’re able to earn (or burn!) some points on!
Antigua
Barbados
Brazil
Costa Rica
Dominican Republic
Greece
Grenada
Jamaica
Mexico
Saint Lucia
UAE

Marriott doesn’t have an award chart so the points price can vary wildly. I’ve seen nightly rates from 40,000 points per night all the way up to 100,000+ depending on the time of year and demand of the property.
That said, if you’ve got the points, use ‘em!
You can book directly on Marriott’s website and can pay in cash, points or a combination of points + cash. But, be aware that Marriott does pass along resort fees – even for points stays. So you’re likely to incur some additional nightly fees.
As for occupancy, points will cover the first two guests. After that, you’ll incur a nightly fee for additional guests in the room. It seems as though the nightly rate for additional guests varies by age and property location. So it’s best to contact the property directly to get exact pricing.
Great news here! Marriott Bonvoy members get the fifth night free when booking on points – and this applies to all-inclusives too! So, it will automatically apply this benefit at checkout. Just keep in mind that the lowest priced night will always be the free one.
On Marriott’s website, you can search by flexible dates to see what dates are available to book on points. You can either search one night at a time or by increments of your vacation schedule. I prefer searching in one night increments because I like to see all nightly points options.
On Marriott’s website you can search by specific dates or flexible dates.
If searching with flexible dates, you can easily see what the points prices are for your specified number of dates.
In the example below, I am searching the Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun for two people for five nights in February. You can easily see month long availability.
Flexible date availability for five nights on points.
Choose which dates you want to book and continue the booking process. If booking five nights, the lowest price night will automatically be taken off your total if eligible!
PRO TIP: Keep in mind that if you ever use Marriott’s free night certificates, you can NOT use the fifth night free promotion!

Marriott might be smaller on the all-inclusive side of things, but their properties can pack a punch! If you’re sitting on a stash of Marriott points, it might be worth booking yourself some R&R at one of their unique all-inclusives. Also, REMEMBER – if you’re sitting on some of those valuable 50k Free Night Certificates, you can top them off with up to 15k Marriott points earned by a cobranded or flexible points earning Chase card!
If you need to earn some points before your next stay, the cards listed above are a great place to start. Don’t forget you can pool your Marriott points with your P2 – meaning you can get to your next luxury vacay quicker than you might think!
